Shipping
Worldwide delivery: We ship our items via the Ukrainian postal service “Ukrposhta”. Our delivery is “par Avinion” and has two types: “Standard Shipping” (default) and “EMS” (if you wish to get your items faster). Every parcel is packed with care and attention to the customer. You always can get the photos or/and a video of your items packaging progress if you need.
Estimated date: Standard shipping takes 14-25 business days. Sometimes these terms can run to 35 days and more (It depends on the work of international postal services and state customs).We are not responsible for delays due to customs or the work of non-Ukrainian postal services. If your parcel is lost we can start the process of getting compensation.
Tracking and insurance: After sending we always give you a personal tracking number. You can track it on your state postal services (like a USPS) or on independent services. You also can use the official site of the Ukrainian postal service “Ukrposhta”.
We try to insure every parcel. But not all countries accept evaluated packages. We propose two variants of compensation if your parcel is lost. However only 3 parcels from 100 were lost during two years. So we always hope that you get your parcel as fast as possible.
RETURNS
Our Guarantee: If your parcel was insured but lost, we will start a compensation process with our postal office. It usually takes one month. As soon as we get a compensation from our Post, we will be able to return you 80% of the total amount. If your parcel wasn’t insured, we can return you only 40%. Total amount is the goods cost + delivery. Pay your attention please: We are not responsible for the work of your customs or your state postal services. If you receive a package, but it was damaged you should contact your postal office or customs for compensation.
Returns & exchanges: Our shop unfortunately doesn’t accept returns or exchanges items. We make stuff on the one copy or custom-made ones. So we give our customers unique items and it’s very important for us. Before purchase you can ask us about any additional materials: photos, videos or measurements. So we ask you to make your order with confidence and understanding that everything suits you. If you need something special you can always make a personal order. We pay attention to all your wishes or proposals.
